RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
​DAMAGED GOODS/RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Every care is taken when packing your order for delivery. If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit, at our discretion, we will offer you a full refund or replacement after investigation and assessment has been done. You will need to send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 7 days of you receiving them. Proof of purchase must also be supplied. If a product is faulty, please contact us at Erika@journeyessentialsllc.com and we will investigate the problem and sort out a solution for you.
We understand that choosing the right item can be challenging, and we encourage you to make your selection with care since we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind or accidental orders. If you're feeling uncertain about which scent to choose, we recommend our sampler pack to help you find the perfect match for you.
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. However, because our blends are crafted in small batches and are customized for each customer, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or have broken seals. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
